Developing an effective team to function well, a team that represents the organisation in its best possible light is essential to the ongoing viability of any organisation small or large. This unit will assist you to develop responsibility for the establishment and expansion of a new department or outreach of your church or ministry taking into account organisational philosophy, structure, legal requirements, marketing and promotion.
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to lead teams in the workplace and to actively engage with the management of the organisation.
