Manage a Developing Ministry

This particular unit Manage a Developing Ministry utilizes the Community Service unit “Manage Organizational Change” as it is ideally suited to the development and assessment of the skills required in the management of a ministry.

You are required to demonstrate competency in and understanding if the ministry in which you are involved and all of its functions, assessing the ministry, implementing and managing changes to the ministry to respond to the changing needs of the community and the people to whom you minister to ensure the continuing success of the ministry
